1 Introduction and Definitions

xssokk reserves the right to verify the identity of Members at any time. This may require submission of a National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

Keeping your xssokk account secure is your own responsibility. The following rules apply to all Members:

• Never share your login password with anyone else.
• Make it a habit to log out of your account each time, especially when using a shared device.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Transferring, selling or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If any unlawful activity, fraud or deceptive conduct is detected on an account, it will be suspended immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times).

General Bonus Terms

6 Gaming Rules

• If a game result is voided due to a technical fault, the stake may be refunded.

11 Account Closure

xssokk reserves the right to close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or system manipulation.
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies.

Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account on their own, please contact our support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

12 Changes to Terms
